We transform education in Quindío, Colombia: Innovation and technology at the service of learning

In the heart of Quindío, Colombia, education is undergoing a technological revolution with the implementation of Smart Classrooms and STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Art and Mathematics) spaces. These advances are redefining teaching and opening up new opportunities for students and teachers.

In Quindio, Colombia, public educational institutions have integrated Smart Classrooms that include interactive whiteboards and tablets to enrich classes. This project, promoted by the Ministries of Education and ICT together with the municipal administration, allows teachers to use personalized and dynamic content, while students participate actively and safely.

In addition, the second phase of the STEAM classrooms has benefited seven municipalities in Quindío with the delivery of 460 computers, 46 interactive whiteboards and an expanded technological infrastructure. These tools are designed to inspire creativity, promote critical thinking and boost innovation in key areas for the future.
